Can I choose a specific day and time for my cleaning?
We’ll work with you to find the best possible day and time for your cleaning. However, flexibility is key in this program, and your scheduled time might change with short notice.
How long can I participate in this program?
Participation is set for 6 months. After that, we may extend or suspend your participation based on availability.
Can I book cleanings monthly or just occasionally at the reduced rate?
The program is designed for weekly or bi-weekly cleanings to maintain consistent work for our staff. We do not offer monthly or sporadic scheduling at these rates.
What if I'm unhappy with frequent rescheduling? Can I leave the program?
You can opt out at any time if the program doesn’t meet your needs, no hard feelings. However, rejoining may not be possible later.
Am I allowed to leave a negative review if I’m unhappy with the service?
We ask that you refrain from public negative reviews if you’re dissatisfied. Instead, please give us a chance to address any issues directly with a re-clean. We aim to rectify any problems as refunds are considered a last resort.
Can I share details of this program with others?
This program is invite-only, but you’re welcome to suggest candidates who may benefit from it. Please keep the specific pricing confidential.
What if the new scheduled time doesn’t fit my schedule?
Let us know if the new time doesn’t work for you. With two business days’ notice, we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule. If we can’t find a suitable time, we may need to skip that cleaning.
What happens if I need to cancel a cleaning last minute?
Please try to give us at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Frequent last-minute cancellations may incur fees and could lead to removal from the Flex Program.
